14:00 Reception with coffee, tea and pastry on board of the yacht Marie José. Make acquaintance with each other and with the crew of the yacht who is at your service U maakt dan kennis met de bemanning van het jacht die gedurende de vaartocht voor u klaarstaat.
14:30 Departure. First we sail upstream the river, just to give you an excellent view on the skyline of Nijmegen. You can enjoy the scenery of the floodplain of the river Waal. And you will be surprised about the beauty of the views on the villages, windmills and freight barges.
After about half an hour we arrive at the locker of Weurt, that marks the passageway to quiet water, in an environment of a canal surrounded by high trees and bush.
During this part of the Lazy Afternoon Cruise we serve you drinks and snacks.
After passage of the (open) locker in Heumen we arrive on the river Maas, flowing at the foot of the Mookerheide.On the Mookerheide there was the battle de Slag op de Mookerheide in the year 1574. Lodewijk van Nassau en Hendrik van Nassau, two younger brothers of former king Willem van Oranje, fought here during the Eighty years war against the Spanish.
16:30 – 17:00 Disambarkation, say goodbye from the crew.
We take the guests back to the marina of embarkation with a mini van or taxi.
If you want we can arrange a dinner in one of the selected restaurant in the neighbourhood of the marina thus giving the Lazy Afternoon Cruise the special touch that makes it unforgettable.

The all in costs are mentioned in the pricelist. The minimum number of guests is 6, the maximum number of guests 12. Included in the price are the fare, the drinks and snacks during the boat trip and the transfer from the boat to the marina of embarkation.
